My Barbados Style hot sauce is an homage - with my own unique spin of course - to the traditional Bajan “pepper sauces” that are so widely popular on the island of Barbados. It’s a unique blend of fiery aged hot Scotch Bonnet peppers, tropical fruit, prepared mustard, and even has a splash of rum added for good measure. This sauce is HOT, fruity, tangy and absolutely delicious on any dish. Brighten up your day and give a flavour jolt to your taste buds with this unique and delicious taste of the Caribbean.

Ingredients: Spring water, onion, aged Scotch Bonnet peppers, sweet bell peppers, mango, pineapple, papaya, carrot, distilled white vinegar, prepared mustard, sea salt, white wine vinegar*, spices*, rum, garlic*. *Organic

All of my sauces are hand made in Montreal using only the finest local ingredients. 100% Natural and without any added preservatives.
