Yarra Plum Caramelised Blood Plum Hot Sauce features fresh fruits, herbs and aromatics of the Yarra Valley.
This medium heat sauce was inspired by the fruit we found for sale along the roadside in our local Yarra Valley. We caramelised a harvest of beautiful ripe blood plums, added basil and parsley plus a tiny hint of beetroot and spices. You'll find it right at home in sandwiches, on salads, stir fries and more.
Ingredients: Fresh Plums (54%), chilli (40% - cayenne, habanero, arbol, chipotle), vinegar, prune juice, sugar, ginger, basil, onion, salt, orange zest & pulp, beetroot powder, spices, parsley, coffee, maple extract, xanthan gum, fruit pectin.
